Job Description:

Important company in the automotive sector is looking for:

Customer Care Agents with German and/or French

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will handle inbound customer service calls and back-office tasks related to managing information and complaints from client companies that rent vehicles for their internal staff.

Required Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in German or French (at least C1-C2 level)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to correctly use IT tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of English
• Previous experience in similar roles

Working Hours:Part-time/full-time, between 8:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday rotation.

Work Mode:Hybrid (Smart Working + in-office 6 days per month)

Contract:Temporary agency contract, renewable, with the aim of permanent employment.

Work Location:Vimodrone (Line M2, Cologno Sud stop)
