Job Title: Addetto/a al Customer Service

Company Description

Synergie, a branch in Bolzano, is recruiting during the Recruiting Day on April 29, 2025, for a client company that supplies heating systems.

Position

The candidate, within the Sales & Customer Care team and under the supervision of the manager, will ensure excellent service and maximum customer satisfaction by managing relationships and communication. They will be the internal reference guiding the sales order process from quotation to invoicing.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Perform activities necessary to ensure the proper management of the order process, from offer to invoicing, in collaboration with involved departments.
2. Collaborate with relevant departments to handle customer requests related to the sales process.
3. Monitor, map, and verify customer situations.
4. Manage documentation required to process customer orders, performing necessary checks (Italy and abroad).
5. Support the sales team in monitoring sales volumes and margins relative to production costs.
6. Maintain and update product descriptions, customer information (personal data, conditions, agreements), and the database.
7. Participate in events and activities aimed at sales and active customer management, such as fairs, commercial meetings, or other planned actions with the sales team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has obtained a diploma (in economic, linguistic, or related fields) or a bachelor's/master's degree. Advanced knowledge of English and German is required. Prior experience in a similar role or in back-office commercial work is considered a plus. Teamwork predisposition and strong problem-solving skills are also essential.
