Main responsibilities:
  • Entering, managing, and monitoring orders from international clients;
  • Daily interaction with international clients and sales agents;
  • Preparing commercial documentation for foreign markets (proforma invoices, customs documents, delivery notes, certificates of origin);
  • Coordinating with production and logistics for international shipments;
  • Handling complaints and after-sales service;
