Specialized in selling DIY equipment, the company is looking to hire a logistics and sales assistant. The role involves collaborating with the purchasing team and suppliers, managing orders, and preparing shipments.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Sorting and verifying orders received via the e-commerce channel;
  2. Organizing shipments and preparing transport documentation;
  3. Performing quality checks on products before shipping;
  4. Managing returns, complaints, and post-sale requests;
  5. Communicating with suppliers and supporting customers on logistical issues.

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
  • Familiarity with management software and e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Offer:

  • 6-month fixed-term contract renewable, full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:30;
  • Dynamic and collaborative environment.
