Position: Sales Assistant

We are looking for sales assistants for our boutiques in the center of Florence. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, initially under a fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisted sales
2. Receiving merchandise, setting up displays, and managing inventory
3. Cash register management

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Good knowledge of retail logic
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant in structured chains
• Understanding of commercial dynamics and sales techniques
• Passion, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to build positive relationships
• Good command of English
