Customer Service Representatives - Car Rental

The selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment and will have the opportunity to interact with guests, proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experience
3. Handling back-office procedures (updating records and filling rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Handling inbound calls/emails/chat
6. Managing the vehicle fleet and company cars

Requirements:

• Customer service orientation
• Sales attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of English (level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Proactivity, problem-solving skills, initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales/promotions is preferred
• Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Valid driver's license B

We offer:

• Initial training and passive support at the point of sale
• Contract type: Fixed-term contract of 6 months with direct employment
• Part-time schedule: 30 hours/week, Monday to Sunday with one day off per week
