Openjobmetis, a branch in Castiglione delle Stiviere, is seeking for a supermarket in Desenzano (BS).

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for one of the following tasks:

• Restocking shelves
• Operating the cash register

The main duties will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring friendly and professional service.
• Restocking and organizing shelves, maintaining order and cleanliness of displayed products.
• Managing the cash register and payment operations, with attention to accuracy and courtesy.
• Checking the quality of displayed products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure product availability and freshness.

Requirements

Experience is not mandatory; both experienced and inexperienced candidates are considered.

Required skills include:

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off.
• Reliability, precision, and attention to detail.

Additional Information

Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with split shifts.

Work location: Desenzano (BS).

Contract type: Temporary with the possibility of permanent employment.
