Job Description:

During S.p.A. is authorized by the Ministry of Labour (D.lgs. 276/03) with branches across Italy. The Florence branch is seeking a Receptionist for a store in Livorno. The Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Welcoming visitors and providing quality customer service;
• Answering incoming calls, supporting, and directing calls appropriately;
• Managing courier services and keeping the reception area organized;
• Monitoring meeting room schedules and tidying up furniture as needed;
• Scanning and managing invoices and legal documents.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level);
• Experience in reception and customer service roles;
• Immediate availability.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00 with an hour lunch). The initial contract is temporary (vacation replacement) from 20/08 to 05/09, with potential for extension. The workplace is in central Livorno, Italy.
