Job summary

Thales Alenia Space is seeking an Antenna RF Engineer to design and develop antenna solutions for satellite programs, including RF front-ends and complex beam-formers. You will model, simulate, and optimize antennas and passive components for space applications, selecting appropriate space-qualified technologies.

You should have a BSc in a relevant field, strong English skills, and prior space‑sector experience.

BSc in a relevant discipline.
Excellent English, both oral and written.
Experience in space projects, preferably in the design and development of Antenna RF components.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Antenna RF solutions in satellite programs, projects, R&D studies, and industrial activities.
Perform RF Design of Antennas involving passive components and active RF front-ends, including concept formulation and trade-offs.
Synthesize, design circuits, and perform electromagnetic modeling and simulation of Antennas and components, including complex beam-formers.
Select and define technology, manufacturing processes, and procedures for space-qualified Antennas development.
Implement components development plans, monitor workshops and suppliers, and prepare purchase orders.
Test Antenna and RF Subsystems/Components and prepare relevant reporting.
Contribute to proposals, provide technical project management, and prepare technical reports and program reviews.
Interface with customers, subcontractors, or suppliers.
