Activation Manager - Italian Market (Based in Milan and willing to travel)
Content Creation & Management
  • Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality content (social posts, stories, videos, interactive formats) for both paid and organic channels, tailored to the Portuguese market.
  • Collaborate on content briefs and scripting, including the localization of global assets to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment.
  • Manage in-clinic content production alongside the medical team—capturing before-and-after cases, patient stories, and video/photo shoots. Ensure proper handling of patient agreements.
  • Identify, curate, and amplify user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity across paid and organic touchpoints.
  • Execute end-to-end content creation, including shooting and editing videos optimized for each platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external content creators to scale production and ensure diverse creative output.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends to implement innovative content formats, challenges, and viral campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global social media manager to develop and localize a social media calendar aligned with Portuguese market goals.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand content across all social platforms.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media strategies, optimizing content for performance and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Portuguese Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure social activations align with broader business objectives.
  • Research and identify key influencers and digital personalities across social platforms like Instagram & TikTok.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content that resonates with their audience and aligns with the brand’s messaging.
  • Build outstanding working relationships with our current ambassador portfolio and new onboarding. Become a day-to-day contact ensuring that every Influencer has an amazing experience.
  • Analyse and track our ambassador partnerships, including ensuring KPIs are being achieved and requirements are met.
Community Management
  • Oversee daily engagement across social platforms, delivering timely, brand-aligned responses that foster community growth.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved communication.

  • A creative storyteller with a deep understanding of social media dynamics, audience behavior, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • A social-first thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about pushing creative boundaries.
  • Proactive and trend-savvy—you continuously seek new opportunities to activate audiences and elevate brand presence.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with an unwavering commitment to delivering "Impressive" outcomes.

Your Experience:
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and emerging digital trends.
  • Language Skills: Native-level Italian and high proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma) and social media management platforms (e.g., Brandwatch).
  • Creative Mindset: Strong eye for engaging content, with the ability to adapt strategies for different platforms and audiences.
