Your role is mainly in Italy, but you will also be responsible for DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), driving demand (app downloads, new users, and bookings), sharing your best practices and media expertise, and pooling creative ideas and feedback on strategies proposed by the Central team for the Italy + DACH Cluster (DE, AT, CH).
You will use various levers to promote the app (primarily) and the website (secondarily): Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google App Marketing, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok, Criteo, App Network…
Reporting to the region's Marketing Director, your main tasks will include:
- Managing the performance marketing budget and optimizing its impact and ROI, in sync with the Central Team.
- Real-time monitoring of digital campaigns managed by the Central team: PPC (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), App Marketing (Google, Apple, Networks), Retargeting (Criteo…)
- Holding regular meetings with external agencies and the Central Team.
- Monitoring the results of each lever using reports from the Central Team, as well as deep dives with our web (Google Analytics, Realytics) & App (AppsFlyer) analytical tools, and our internal de-duplicated tool (Fenix).
- Coordinating relevant stakeholders (Brand team, Offer team, and Agencies) for content production, which is key to driving effectiveness.

What’s your profile?
- 5 years of higher education, with at least 3 years' experience in acquisition marketing (agency or advertiser).
- Extensive knowledge of the web over the last 3 years, with a focus on mobile.
- Good command of digital levers, especially on Social Media (Meta, TikTok campaigns) and Google environment (AdWords, YouTube).
- Proficiency in Italian and English; German and French are a plus but not necessary.
- Analytical skills to monitor results and make recommendations and adjustments.
- Good command of some or all of the tools listed above.
- Agile mindset, always eager to learn and test new strategies.
- Problem solver and doer, with a positive attitude.
