Within Banks & Acquisition Partnerships Team - responsible for new CMs Acquisition - we are looking for a Digital Partnerships Analyst.

We are looking for a Acquisition Bank & Partnership Analyst to join our team based in Milan or Rome. As part of the team, this person will be responsible for increasing traffic on Partnerships’ platforms, optimizing Conversion Rate and support the coordination of activities with internal and external Partner.

How will you make an impact in this role?

1. Support the creation and management of Digital Acquisition Campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
2. Work closely with the main external and internal stakeholders for day-by-day activities (campaign creation, campaign setup and optimization, monitoring).
3. Collect and coordinate Partners needs and feedback to Creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
4. Monitoring and optimization of the performances to drive traffic on digital acquisition pages and generate leads.
5. Development and implementation of a communication plan with external partners that met the business’ goals.
6. Be responsible for first level of control for both internal and external activities in order to be compliance.
7. Execute insights & prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders in PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. University degree/Master in Management or Marketing & Communication.
2. Good knowledge of the digital environment.
3. Ability to give a brief to creative agencies and ability to identify and drive customized solutions to meet both internal and external requirements.
4. Deep knowledge to understand the peculiarities of banks’ environment with strong focus on home-banking journey.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
6. Analytical and organizational skills.
7. Good level of PowerPoint.
8. Proficiency in English and Italian.
