Key Responsibilities

1. Active Cycle Management: Support all activities related to accounts receivable.
2. Process Optimization and Regulatory Compliance: Continually seek ways to improve financial processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Sales, Treasury, Procurement, and HR to ensure integrated financial operations.
4. Compliance Management and Audit Preparation: Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance standards.
5. Technology Implementation and Innovation: Assist in implementing advanced accounting software or ERP systems to enhance financial operations.

Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field (with honors).
• At least three to five years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge and previous experience in a similar position are a plus.
• A proactive 'get things done' attitude, with the ability to prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia Romagna.
