Keywords Studios is seeking an Intern to manage data entry of supplier invoices for both Italian and foreign group companies. The role includes supporting journal entry, bank reconciliations, and aging management. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or a University Degree in Economics or Accounting, along with strong attention to detail and fluency in both Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office located in Cinisello Balsamo (Milan) and 1 day working remotely.

Competenze

• At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing is required.
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Role Overview

The Intern will manage the data entry of supplier invoices for the group companies, both Italian and foreign.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, the candidate will support in:

• Entering national and foreign supplier invoices
• Journal entry
• Bank reconciliations
• Aging management

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing is required. A University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactivity
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
