Job summary

Keywords Studios is looking for an Intern to assist the Accounts Payable team with data entry of supplier invoices for both Italian and international entities. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Coordinator and involves journal entries, bank reconciliations, and aging management.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma in administration/finance and a plus if they hold a university degree in economics or accounting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing required. University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactivity are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities are needed.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the Office package is expected.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Enter national and foreign supplier invoices.

Role Overview

The Intern will take care of managing the data entry of supplier invoices for the companies of the group, both Italian and foreign.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, the candidate will be supporting in:

• Entering national and foreign supplier invoices
• Journal entry
• Bank reconciliations
• Aging management

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing is required. A University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
