JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging with our own design and development department, serving private labels and well-known brands in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Reporting sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic language of the assigned country and in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Experience in the packaging industry.

Additional Details:

  • Option to work as a freelancer (commission model & remote) or as an employee (remote).
  • Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.
  • Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.
