Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in various accounting activities and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :

  1. Participate in the implementation of the P2P (Purchase to Pay) project:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of the P2P project.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of purchase-to-pay processes.
  • Support the Accounting team in reconciling expense reports with the previous provider:
    • Assist in reconciling and verifying expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Work closely with the team to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams:
    • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
    • Assist the General Ledger team in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.

    Key requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
