A multinational company in Segrate is seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee the accounting team and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations. The role includes monitoring P&L accounts and managing treasury functions. Ideal candidates will have experience in accounting leadership and a focus on innovation and process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior management.

LHH is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the role of Accounting & Tax Manager for the branch of a multinational company, reporting directly to the CFO

Responsibilities

The candidate will be directly responsible for :

• Leading the accounting Team, driving engagement and actively promoting innovation, digitalization and processes improvement in general;
• Coordinating and supervising all accounting, tax and related activities and tasks (e.g. general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables and collection, treasury, monthly closing and reporting, tax obligations and formalities, etc.) ensuring their correctness, quality, timing and compliance with tax and legal regulations, accounting principles and directives, being also an active performer;
• Ensure the regular monitoring and reconciliation of all P&L, B / S and transitory accounts;
• Ensure the Treasury Management and Banking Functions in accordance with legislative, regulatory and Treasury requirements;
