Un'azienda tecnologica a Milano è alla ricerca di un Accounting Specialist appassionato e pratico per gestire invoicing e analisi dati. Richiesta laurea in contabilità e 4-6 anni di esperienza. Il ruolo è ibrido, richiedendo presenza in ufficio per circa due giorni a settimana. About the role

We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to impact a fast-paced tech company, working at the intersection of numbers, processes, and strategy.

The role is hybrid, requiring presence in our Milan office approximately two days a week.

What you bring

• Own and manage the invoicing process with customers, vendors, and partners globally
• Handle complex transactions (intercompany, payroll, tax) and reconcile accounts across subsidiaries
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring compliance with fiscal and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers, and banks
• Analyze data and create reports to track and forecast revenues, costs, and cash flow
• Work with management to turn numbers into strategic decisions
• Gain training and mastery of cloud ERP and CPM software (Oracle NetSuite)

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with 4–6 years of experience, preferably in fast-paced companies or audit firms
• A passion for accounting and data analysis to drive business performance
• Proactive, can-do attitude, eager to assist with any task
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, data tables, Goal Seek, and CSV management
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
• Interest in Information Technology
