Job Description

We are strengthening our team at our location in Collegno Italy.

What you can look forward to as Accounting Specialist :

• Electronic Invoicing : Managing and monitoring electronic invoices.
• Accounting Oversight : Checking and posting vendor invoices manual customer invoices credit notes and warranty entries.
• MonthEnd and YearEnd Closures : Gathering financial data and ensuring accurate accounting entries.
• Tax Compliance : Preparing and submitting periodic tax declarations (e.g. VAT Intrastat).
• Audits & Controls : Supporting internal control activities and audits.
• Reconciliation : Handling tax payments and reconciling bank accounts.

Your profile as Accounting Specialist :

• Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or a similar role preferably in an audit firm
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and business bookkeeping procedures
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with the SAP system
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Strong math skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent timemanagement abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in financial matters
