A leading company in energy solutions is seeking an Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist in Milano. This role involves supporting the month-end closing process, finalizing financial statements, and handling tax-related duties. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Economics, be fluent in English and Italian, and have significant experience in finance within multinational environments.

Competenze

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Support the month-end closing process under IFRS accounting standards.
• Participate in the finalization of local Statutory Financial Statements under local OIC standards.
• Support duties related to Indirect tax (VAT, customs, etc.).

We are looking for an Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist based in Milano, who will work in close contact with the current CSS Finance Front Office GA responsible.

How you'll make an impact

• Provide support to the month-end closing process under IFRS accounting standards;
• Participate in the finalization of local Statutory Financial Statements under local OIC accounting principles;
• Assist in relations with current banks used by the company;
• Support duties related to Indirect tax (VAT, customs, etc.), including month-end liquidation and declaration, preparation of journal entries when required, and subsequent accounts reconciliation;
• Support the post-implementation phase of SAP S / 4HANA.

Your background

• Degree in Economics;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company;
• Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA;
• Flexibility, goal-oriented mindset, team working skills, and willingness to learn are required.
