Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands. At Neulabs we allocate a lot of resources to the companies we acquire, including brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc. With this great network of professionals, ex-Stanford, ex-BCG, ex-McKinsey, we can deliver tangible value to accelerate the growth of a company.
We put our roots in Milan, a major hub for startups, innovation and finance. We soon expect to achieve a multinational dimension with openings in the European market.

Who you are
- Master\'s degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
- Current familiarity with common database and spreadsheet tools (Google Docs / Office Suite)
- 1-3 years of experience required for entry level positions (auditing preferred)
- Strong passion for online ventures and digital businesses
- Eager to understand online businesses and learn how they work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Can work independently and without supervision when required
What you will do
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization, both for parent company and subsidiaries
- Collaborate with M&A Team to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
- Review financial information and documents monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
- Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
- Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
- Manage branch accounts and payment schedules
