Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations, ensure the integrity of financial statements, and optimize financial processes.

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
2. Financial Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day general ledger activities. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance.
3. Financial Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, addressing audit findings and implementing recommendations.
4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization. Ensure funding availability for operations and strategic initiatives.
5. Knowledge of accounting principles and current tax and accounting regulations is required.

Requisitions:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Professional Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles; awareness of legislative updates; advanced financial analysis and modeling skills; proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience managing financial operations and internal controls; audit experience (external or internal) to ensure compliance and risk management.
3. Experience: 4+ years in a related role, preferably within a multinational environment.
4. Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. IT Skills: MS Office, DOCFINANCE (plus).
6. Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
