Job Description:

For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the Financial Statements & Reporting Manager. The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for:

1. Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
2. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)
3. Preparing accurate financial statements and supporting the budgeting process
4. Implementing and monitoring internal controls

Profile:

We are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years post-university experience, including some audit experience. This could be someone currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has transitioned from audit to a similar role in a commercial company. Experience in the insurance field is a plus but not mandatory. An attractive salary and bonus package is available for the best candidates. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
