Job Description:

For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the Financial Statements & Reporting Manager. The role reports to the Regional CFO and manages a team of accountants responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
• Compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)
• Preparing accurate financial statements and supporting the budgeting process
• Implementing & monitoring internal controls

Profile:

We are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years of post-university experience, including some audit experience. This could be someone currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has transitioned into a similar role in a company. Experience in the insurance field is a plus but not mandatory. A very competitive salary and bonus package is available for the best candidates. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
