For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the Accounting & Reporting Manager . The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for :

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
• Compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)
• Preparing accurate financial statements and supporting the budgeting process
• Implementing & monitoring internal controls

Profile :

We are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years post-university experience who has some experience within audit. This could be someone who is currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has previous audit experience and has moved into a similar role in a commercial company. Experience in the insurance field would be a plus but is not mandatory. The position offers a very attractive salary and bonus package for the best candidates. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
