Competenze

Job Description:

For our client, a leading international P&C Insurance Company, we are currently seeking a 'Financial Statements & Reporting Manager'. The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
• Maintaining compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting)
• Preparing accurate financial statements and supporting the budgeting process
• Implementing & monitoring internal controls

Profile:

We are looking for a manager at the Quadro level with approximately 7-9 years of post-university experience, including some audit experience. This could be someone currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or someone who has transitioned from audit to a similar role in a commercial company. Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory. An attractive salary and bonus package are available for suitable candidates. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus but not necessary.
