This role is within the Group Accounting & Reporting (A&R) department in the Finance Function. The function ensures timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual ledger closing and reporting under IFRS and local GAAP, complying with Solvency II regulation within Allianz Partners.

AWP Health & Life S.A., incorporated and registered with the French regulator, conducts its annual closing, audit, and filing under French GAAP. Monthly and quarterly closings for this entity follow IFRS standards for group reporting by the H&L Accounting & Reporting team.

• Ensure all periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are disclosed timely, meeting group internal deadlines and regulatory requirements, including accounting, tax, and legal standards.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts, ensuring proper reconciliations are in place by Finance Factory to provide reliable financial statements.
• Periodically review profit and loss accounts, ensuring correct bookkeeping by Finance Factory to reflect accurate financial status and profitability of the Sub Region.
• Support Finance Factory in delivering tax submissions on time, escalating risks requiring mitigation, and coordinating ad hoc tax audits.
