Otech - OPPO Authorized Exclusive Distributor Italia is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Specialist to join our Finance team in Turbigo, Lombardia. You will manage general and analytical accounting processes, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of corporate operations.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in accounting, solid knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in SAP Business One. Strong analytical skills and good command of English are also required.

Competenze

• Preferably 2+ years of accounting experience within structured corporate environments or professional accounting firms.
• Solid knowledge of general and analytical accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One ERP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong mathematical/statistical background with excellent analytical and data-synthesis capabilities.
• Good command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting entries using the SAP Business One ERP system.
• Independently handle accruals, deferrals, and adjusting/closing journal entries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Manage and execute monthly VAT settlements and filings.

About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will independently manage general and analytical accounting processes, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of our corporate administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting entries using the SAP Business One ERP system.
• Month-End & Year-End Closings: Independently handle accruals, deferrals, and adjusting/closing journal entries.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Tax Compliance: Manage and execute monthly VAT settlements and filings.
• Audit & Advisory Support: Provide operational support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements & Skills
