Overview

Kelly Services, for an important ICT company, is looking for an Accountant (English Fluent).

Responsibilities

• Enters invoices into accounting system verifying compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations and internal accounting procedures (by matching with purchase orders or direct accounting).
• Tracks and follows up on invoice discrepancies and provides appropriate information for authorization, including periodic review of workflow aging.
• Manages employees and vendors' inquiries (domestic and foreign) with a professional, cheerful approach.
• Prepares and runs scheduled payment proposals and generates files to be transmitted to the bank.
• Supports period-end activities, including account reconciliations of the AP general ledger.
• Performs other ad hoc accounts payable activities as assigned (e.g., reporting activities).

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma in Accountancy (Ragioneria); B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Business highly desired.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in General Accounting.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel; fast and accurate data entry.
• Required language: English fluent.
