Genesis in Rome is offering an Accountant Junior - Internship, reporting to the Projects Accounting Manager, joining the Finance team for a six-month extracurricular program starting November 2026.

You will interpret financial transactions, apply standard accounting practices, and prepare journal entries with reconciliations while developing professional skills in a global energy company. Fluent English, Excel proficiency, and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, obtained from September 2025 onwards.
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Teamwork attitude.

We are currently seeking a Accountant Junior - Internship, reporting directly to Projects Accounting Manager to join our Finance team based in Rome, Italy.

• Master’s degree in economics. Degree obtained from September 2025 onwards

• Compensation: This position offers a monthly reimbursement of €800 under an extracurricular internship.
• The Internship will last six months
