A leading cabling solutions provider in Milan is seeking an Accountant on a 12-month contract. You will manage invoicing, support financial closures, and ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Accounting and 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Accountant. Your contribution to Prysmian's success: We are looking for an Accountant who will report to the Senior Accountant and be part of the Transmission Business Unit Finance team, based in Milano.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage active and passive invoicing and accounting records and reconciliation
• Support in monthly, quarterly and annual closures
• Support in structuring procedures and processes
• Day by day accounting activities
• Analysis of intercompany reconciliation
• Analysis of all the outstanding invoices and preparation of the relevant accruals for the monthly closure of the legal entity

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in Economics, Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Experience And Soft Skills

• 2-3 years as Junior accountant
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to operate proactively and autonomously with attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to work within a team
• Strong ability to multitask and work on different systems and accounts daily, manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
