Un'azienda leader nelle soluzioni idriche cerca un Contabile da inserire nel suo team a Rubiera. La figura selezionata si occuperà della gestione delle operazioni contabili quotidiane, della preparazione di rendiconti finanziari e della collaborazione con un team internazionale. È richiesta una laurea in Contabilità o Finanza, esperienza di oltre 3 anni e fluente sia in italiano che in inglese. L'ambiente di lavoro è dinamico e orientato al valore delle persone.

• Accountant
• to join our committed workforce in Italy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical person with a solid background in finance / accounting, a problem-solving mindset, and a keen interest in financial software.

The Accountant will report directly to the Director of Finance based in North America and will collaborate with an international team. The position is based in our GWS Italy office, Rubiera, Modena.

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing daily accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, landed costs/import input, bank reconciliations, cash receipts (RIBA), general ledger, payroll, utilities, and expense reports.
• Preparing consolidated monthly financial statements, account analysis, cash flow statements, working with local fiscal agents for tax reports, filings, and statutory audits.
• Maintaining physical files and records of transactions.
• Reconciling exchange rates and multi-currency transactions.
• Improving systems and procedures, and initiating corrective actions.

Your Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Additional education or experience is a plus.
• Over 3 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer and financial software, with Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very accurate and precise in work.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and think proactively.
• Capable of working independently on tasks and projects.
• Hands-on, flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take on additional tasks.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Experience with import and export is preferred.
