Fuller Technologies is seeking a proactive General Accountant to join the Finance team in Valbrembo (BG), Italy. You will independently manage core day-to-day accounting activities with a focus on Italian statutory requirements in a six-person team within a global environment.

You will handle accounts receivable, billing, bank payments, reconciliations, Intrastat, and monthly/year-end reporting while collaborating with the Controller and CFO.

• Solid, practical background in Italian General Accounting.
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and reliability.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Accounts Receivable & Customer Accounting: oversee ledgers, balances, and credit control.
• Customer Billing & Invoice Posting: process invoices per Italian regs.
• Bank Payments & Processing: prepare and execute electronic payments.
• Bank Postings & Reconciliations: daily/monthly entries and reconciliations.
• Sales Agent Commission Management: calculate and record commissions.
• Intrastat Declarations: prepare and submit Intrastat filings for intra-EU trade.

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and autonomous General Accountant to join our Finance team in Valbrembo (BG). Positioned within a 6-person team inside a global business environment, you will independently manage core day-to-day accounting activities with a strong focus on Italian statutory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable & Customer Accounting: Oversee customer ledgers, account balances, and credit control procedures.
• Customer Billing & Invoice Posting: Review and process customer sales invoices in compliance with Italian accounting and tax regulations.
• Bank Payments & Processing: Prepare and execute outgoing electronic bank payments in a timely manner.
• Bank Postings & Reconciliations: Perform daily/monthly bank entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
• Sales Agent Commission Management: Calculate, monitor, and process commissions and related records for sales representatives.
• Intrastat Declarations: Prepare, verify, and submit periodic Intrastat filings for intra-EU trade.
• Reporting: Provide the necessary reconciliations and activities to support the Controller and the CFO in monthly/year end reporting.

What you bring:

• Solid, practical background in Italian General Accounting (Contabilita Generale Italiana).
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) to interact effectively within a multinational context.
• Proven ability to manage routine accounting functions independently and accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• High school diploma in accounting (Ragioneria) Strong organizational abilities, precision, and a collaborative mindset within a structured team environment.

The annual salary ranges from € 44.000 to € 60.000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
