To carry out our mission, we are looking for a Account Specialist TikTok to join our team.

What We'd Like You To Take Care Of

• Analyze and understand client needs;
• Formulate commercial offers in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to service delivery, for all of our services;
• Ensure follow-up on revenue from annual maintenance;
• Aim for maximum customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer service;
• Conduct commercial follow-ups, including managing retroplanning, reporting, and client relations;
• Share market developments and the status of assigned clients with the sales team.

What We'd Like You To Bring With You

• At least 4 years of experience in the role;
• Essential requirements include having managed client portfolios and knowledge of paid advertising;
• Knowledge of the META, Google, and TikTok technical areas (Business Manager, MCC);
• Knowledge of key tools (Ads Power, Google Analytics, Pixel, Meta Business Manager);
• Familiarity with CRM software and office automation tools;
• Advanced knowledge of the English language;
• Empathy, excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a strong problem-solving attitude.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous work experience abroad;
• Previous experience in people and/or large-scale project management.
