Job Description

We require a driven and determined individual to work as a Medical Sales Representative within the Respiratory therapy area for our client, a leading European pharmaceutical company based in Parma, Italy, with affiliates throughout Europe, the US, Brazil, and Pakistan. The company is dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of ethical, therapeutic products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximize sales of products and increase market share.
  2. Maintain excellent knowledge of the Respiratory disease therapy area, company products, and competitor activity.
  3. Demonstrate strong 1:1 selling skills according to client expectations.
  4. Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive business growth.
  5. Analyze, plan, implement, and review Local Health Economy Plans to ensure high ROI.
  6. Identify and develop key opinion leaders to influence Primary Care use of their portfolio within the Asthma therapy area.
  7. Negotiate and influence key stakeholders across Primary Care effectively.

  • Sales experience with a strong results focus and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Awareness of external competitive practices.
