What you’ll do:

• Join the Account Processes team contributing to day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization
• Be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with brands, departments, and external partners to improve payment system efficiency and user experience
• Monitor and evaluate customer deposit and withdrawal transactions via payments provider platforms
• Collaborate with Customer Care to manage payment-related customer escalations, ensuring service levels

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work remotely in a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
