This role involves managing and expanding relationships within the Retail and FMCG sectors, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities. You will be responsible for…

  • Managing and growing existing business relationships, and expanding with cross-selling and upselling activities within a defined set of existing customers based in Europe.
  • Identifying cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
  • Managing a customer portfolio within the Retail and FMCG industry.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  • Engaging with stakeholders such as Logistics, IT, procurement, and senior management daily.
  • Generating progress reports and updating opportunities in the CRM system.

You are ready if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in selling logistics and/or Logistics SaaS solutions to large corporations.
  • Good knowledge of the Retail and FMCG industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback.
  • A farmer and hunter mentality to develop revenue with key accounts.
  • The ability to connect quickly with new people, build trust, and rapport.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
