Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a commercial plan to ensure adequate and effective coverage of the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and implement an efficient plan for visits to distributors (direct clients) and sub-dealers in the area.
  3. Collaborate with distributors to develop annual commercial plans, defining goals and expansion strategies for sales.
  4. Activate new wholesalers.
  5. Engage in sell-out activities, following a panel of strategic points of contact.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Degree: Preferably in economics or related fields.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous commercial experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing/Trade Marketing principles.
  • Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
