Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth by selling the Videojet product range to existing and new customers, leading sales activity through sales metrics using our CRM, and promoting a variety of finance and service agreements. This position is remote-based, covering customers in the Moravia region, and you will be part of a sales team consisting of 5 commercial talents.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Conducting business meetings with current and prospective customers
  • Preparing offers and providing the most suitable solutions based on customer needs
  • Arranging onsite equipment demonstrations at customer sites in cooperation with our service team when needed
  • Updating your sales activity and opportunity funnel regularly in the CRM system

The essential requirements for the job include:

  • Previous experience in business development and account management
  • Knowledge of lead generation, funnel management, and KPI measurement
  • Experience in acquisition, as hunting for new business opportunities and customers is important
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Excellent communication skills, native Czech/Slovak, with conversational English

Availability to travel 3 days a week within the Moravia region
