YOUR MISSION

Build and develop the most relevant partnership with top accounts in your reference area!

THE JOURNEY

  • Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Cities and Top Partners in Northern Italy.
  • Grasp the objectives and hurdles of partners to offer insightful advice and assistance.
  • Work with data to enhance growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo.
  • Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the city in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement, and Operations.
  • Work alongside various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions that address the needs of partners, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, Customer Service.
  • Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city.
  • Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3+ years in Account Management and core business development (experienced in startup, top consulting firms or top tech companies).
  • You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
  • You've got good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes, facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with great critical-thinking.
  • You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline-oriented with a hands-on spirit.
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude across the business and the industry.
