About the job

M+C Saatchi is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The Account team plays a key role in managing relationships with major clients and ensuring the seamless execution, maintenance, and development of creative campaigns across a variety of channels and platforms.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving account growth and managing multiple client projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the day-by-day operations of assigned client accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals, target audience, and key challenges
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction while contributing to account growth
  • Support the development of creative assets and client deliverables
  • Act as a key liaison across internal and external teams (e.g. creative, strategy, production, post-production) to align on strategy, planning, and execution
  • Own weekly status reports and tracking documents to ensure smooth and transparent account management
  • Fluent in English in both spoken and written forms
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; agency background preferred
  • Solid understanding of integrated 360° campaigns: ATL, BTL, Social, and Digital
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong client-facing and presentation abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote
