Descrizione del lavoro

MCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

We are seeking an Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales, based in Italy. Training will be provided.

What will you do :

  • Work with MCC's distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (booking / billing).
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.

What will you bring : Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or semiconductors.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Knowledge

  • Basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.).
  • Understanding of market applications, parameters, and customer uses of power devices.

Abilities & Skills

  • Proficient in office software.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as the seven QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why, etc.
  • Strong project and personnel management, interdepartmental coordination, and communication skills.
