Your profile: A proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand market trends, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Your goal: Grow and retain client accounts by maximizing their success with our products, strategies, and market opportunities.

Your task: Manage client relationships end-to-end—strategizing, coordinating promotions and launches, monitoring performance, and aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Client strategy. Develop and execute strategic plans to help clients grow their business using our solutions.
  • Client communication & relationship management. Maintain regular contact through preferred channels while building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Performance tracking. Monitor daily and monthly performance reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Promotions & releases. Plan and manage promotions, coordinate game launches, and prepare marketing materials.
  • Growth opportunities. Identify new markets, monitor competition, and align clients with our roadmap.
  • Legal coordination. Act as the link between clients and our legal team for contracts, due diligence, and compliance.
  • Finance support. Prepare monthly promo deductions, follow up on payments, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Technical coordination. Support clients with technical needs like backend access, whitelisting, game settings, and resolving tech issues.
  • Market & regulatory support. Understand market-specific needs, help with certifications, and advise internal teams on local preferences.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of building and growing strong client relationships that drive long-term success.
  • Solid industry knowledge and an understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience working with performance metrics and promotional planning, campaign coordination, and delivering measurable results.
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, aligning internal teams, and keeping projects on track.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to attend exhibitions within the EU.
  • Relationship builder. You earn trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships with ease.
  • Strategic thinker, precise executor. You see the big picture and know how to deliver the details.
