Your role:
The role is to continually and consistently increase our market share and revenues by collaborating with customers to solve their unique challenges, maintain existing business, and identify new business opportunities. As a member of the Process Solutions team, you will sell a broad portfolio of innovative products including raw materials, filtration and purification technologies, single-use and multi-use process technologies, and services to biopharmaceutical customers. You will collaborate with companies in the industry to provide critical products and services used in accelerating the development and production of life-saving therapeutics. In this role, you will manage key customers achieving your sales targets and contributing to overall corporate sales and strategic objectives. You will ensure that the quarterly and annual budget for your territory is achieved and provide accurate and detailed forecasts. You will identify your customers’ needs, goals, and/or challenges and provide solutions to fulfill their needs through the proper positioning of Company's products, services, and expertise. You will develop a detailed strategic plan to manage your territory for both short- and long-term revenue growth. You will focus on developing and maintaining an extensive network of contacts within your accounts and beyond; you will identify and map the key stakeholders and decision-makers around projects and opportunities in your territory. You will monitor all aspects of our business with the customer to ensure the business plan is achieved, products are delivered in a timely manner, and customers receive appropriate product and application support. With products, applications, partnership, and pricing questions you will increase the company's market presence, emphasize differentiation from our department competitors, and build upon the company's reputation for excellence.
