We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Group Charter team in Milan on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering revenue and profitability targets, maintaining high-value accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing incoming inquiries for charter services, liaising with operators, quoting, planning, and overseeing bookings with proper documentation, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Growing our client base through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieving set financial targets annually.
  • Maintaining client and supplier relationships and ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries.
  • Entering and updating client data accurately in CRM systems.
  • Providing after-sales support and maintaining organized paperwork.
  • Research industry data to generate new sales leads.
  • Developing new business opportunities and cross-selling services.
  • Managing demanding accounts while maintaining high service levels.

Candidate Requirements

  • Understanding of changing markets in aviation charter operations and client needs.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective communicator in both Italian and English, with a professional demeanor.
  • Competitive, motivated, and eager to win new business, including cold calling.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
