At Marketplace Distri, we're looking for a Key Account Manager for the German market to join our team at the headquarters in Lucca (Tuscany).

Marketplace Distri is active in developing brands on an international level, focusing on B2B and B2C markets, especially improving performance on Amazon.

Tasks
Business Development
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Manage Business Development for Amazon Vendor Business
  • Initiate engagement with new clients (End-to-End Solution or partial)
  • Present Distri 2.0 to potential suppliers via virtual meetings or calls
  • Negotiate and sign Distribution Agreements
  • Develop catalogues meeting MPD requirements
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Address operational topics
  • Maintain documentation in Pipedrive
Account Management
  • Regularly meet with suppliers
  • Present business development strategies
  • Serve as primary contact for customers
  • Define and implement action plans, including marketing budgets and discounts
  • Negotiate terms (excluding operational issues)
Requirements
  • Minimum three years in a commercial role
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Interest in E-commerce and Digital Marketing
  • Preferably experience in selling marketing solutions/services
  • Open-minded team player
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Result-oriented sales approach
  • Professional with expertise to share (influencer)
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Active listening skills
