About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and act as the bridge between our clients and our technical teams.

You will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects from inception to completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating sprints, managing long-term project plans, gathering and writing both technical and non-technical requirements, and coordinating closely with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to turn those requirements into real solutions.

You will also lead retrospectives and demos, contribute to project proposals and RFPs, and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.

Strong communication skills in both Italian and English, as well as familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira), are essential.

This position can be based in our Milan office or performed remotely from Italy.

Compensation
  • Full-time contract (tempo indeterminato);
  • Up to 40k€ RAL, depending on experience;
  • Yearly bonus based on KPIs fulfilment.

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 – 17:45 (CET)

Friday: 8:30 – 16:30 (CET)

Lunch time: 13:00 – 14:00 (CET, flexible)

On-call duty: not requested

Internal Meetings

We aim to minimize fixed internal meetings, favoring short and focused syncs:

  • Morning standup (8:30, 10 min)
  • Evening standup (17:45 Mon–Thu / 16:30 Fri, 10 min)
  • Weekly retrospective (Friday, 8:30, 1 hour)
  • Monthly 1:1s with CTO (first Friday, 20 min)
Hybrid Work Policy
  • Preferred location: Milan (Via Zuretti 34, 20125)
  • Remote work: possible from anywhere in Italy
  • Office requirement: 3+ days per week if within 1 hour of commute time
  • Work-from-anywhere: up to 20 days per year
Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in project or account management within a tech or software company;
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Linear;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science environments;
  • Familiarity with writing RFPs, project proposals, or business requirement documents;
  • Background in consulting or B2B software delivery;
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
