YOUR MISSION

Build and develop relevant partnerships with top accounts in Firenze.

THE JOURNEY
  • Own 360º business responsibilities for City and Top Partners in Firenze
  • Understand Partners' objectives and hurdles; provide insightful advice
  • Use data to enhance growth and profitability for Partners and Glovo
  • Define and pursue long-term strategies in Growth, Promotions, Advertisement, and Operations
  • Collaborate with departments like Operations, Marketing, Customer Service to tailor solutions
  • Maintain close relationships with Top Partners
  • Be proactive and action-oriented
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • 3+ years in Account Management or business development, preferably in startups, consulting, or tech
  • Persuasive with a pleasant approach; capable of selling value
  • Good judgment, assertiveness, and optimistic accountability
  • Ability to find smart, elegant solutions to complex challenges
  • Extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
