The Role

Intesa SpA (part of Kyndryl) is seeking an Account Manager within the Financial Services sales division. This key role involves developing the company's positioning strategy and leading the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in leading IT or service companies, innovative digital firms, consulting, BPO, or similar sectors. Experience in managing sales teams is highly valued.

The role requires understanding complex project management for medium to large clients and negotiating with international entities. Strong values such as integrity and clarity, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent relationship-building skills with decision-makers are essential.

Objectives

  • Represent the company and serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams during all sales phases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives, fostering long-term client loyalty.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes and negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and prepare reports on client status.
  • Identify client needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets related to signing, revenue, and gross profit.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to closing, coordinating with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical teams.
  • Prepare offers and contracts adhering to company standards and oversee project execution.
  • Maintain transparent communication about ongoing negotiations using company tools.
  • Suggest improvements to the company's offerings and develop innovative solutions for clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related scientific fields.
  • Understanding of core processes in banking and financial services sectors at national and international levels.
  • Excellent command of English (minimum B2, preferred C1).

Additional qualities include authority, teamwork, goal orientation, and willingness to travel.
